5.0. Key Benefits from the Application
v Elimination of queues that can emanate from formerly manual processes such as registration, counseling, etc.
v Income generating system for the institution: Result accessing is done with some token/pin codes purchased from the school or directly from the portal by students/parents. For a school with student population above 240, we recommend a cost of Five Hundred naira (N500) per student in each academic term as payment for the results access token/pin. With this token purchased each term, they can access their respective terminal results for the respective terms. Out of the total of N500 per term, N200 goes to the school while N300 is kept aside for renewing of Domain and Server to take the burden of maintaining and sustaining the website and portal annually off the school management. So, on the event of any breakdown of the system if any, the institution will not need to pay to fix the solution. However, this amount will take care of the annual domain and hosting renewal fees
